I probably exchanged about 20 emails and she is always very quick to reply. The time it took for my doll to arrive is about 3 weeks; 2 weeks for production and 1 to 2 weeks for shipment, as predicted by the seller. Got exactly what I ordered and happy with the products! Definitely will order again.
